I cannot enter the WOOX giveaway because I am being marked as spam.Updated 2 months ago

We have verified the system is working and are able to enter without difficulty. We have reduced the spam settings in the platform to minimum, but for some reason your entry is still triggering the platforms anti-spam settings. Here are a few options you can try:

  1. Make sure all required questions are answered.
  2. Confirm your state sweepstakes laws do not restrict giveaways in your state. (Ex. NY, Fl)
  3. Try entering with a different email address. Use a common email address like Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other major providers.
  4. Clear the Cache and Cookies from your device.
  5. If you are using a VPN, you must disable it to enter the Giveaway.
  6. Try entering from a different device. 

If you still have trouble after trying the steps above, please provide us with a screenshot or video of the error message so we may investigate further.
